This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. While on a secure page, such as our order and registration forms, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and t Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just “surfing.”

 

A Bit about SSL:

Secure connections (often called SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer technology) are the industry standard in Web security. SSL is used primarily for transmitting sensitive information over the Internet. When you have a secure connection between your browser and a website, no one else can easily access the data that you send across the connection.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Our employees are regularly notified and reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected.

Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

Return your unworn purchase within 60 days for a refund. Visit this site and follow the instructions to complete your return. Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.

Refund Process and Timeframe

    Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

    The stock will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.

    Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.

    Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.

International Return/Exchange Instructions

International  customers have 60 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. All international orders must be returned via FiftyOne and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please send an email to our customer service center to receive your RMA number.

Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to FiftyOne. Your account will be credited by FiftyOne when your return is received at the international hub. Returns sent without the RMA form may not be refunded for the full amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return shipping for international orders. Any costs for shipping your returned order back to our Returns Department from FiftyOne will be subtracted from your refund total.

If you received a gift purchased from us and need to make a return, you should return the gift.
